Just open your facebook App or go to www.facebook.com , And login to Facebook, And than go to your settings Now you can see a option of  "General Account Settings" click on it, After clicking you can see a option 'Download a copy of data" Click on this option and download this file. Now you have downloaded all of your Facebook account data. Now search for your required data like messages in your Facebook account's downloaded file.
